The investment objective of the Fund is to achieve a gross return of 5.0% per annum above the benchmark return over full market cycles, gross of fees and tax. The benchmark from 1 July 2016 is now the S&P NZX50 Index. The Fund provides actively managed exposure to New Zealand and Australian listed equities. The Fund typically holds 25 to 45 listed equities and can hold up to 40% in Australian equities.
The investment objective is to exceed the Official Cash Rate (OCR) plus 3.5% pa over rolling three year periods. The Fund will invest in a range of fixed income securities, loans and equities that are compatible with generating a favourable level of income through different economic environments.
The investment objective of the Fund is to generate attractive levels of income each quarter from a diversified portfolio of New Zealand and Australasian listed equities as well as cash and fixed interest securities. The Fund intends to pay distributions on a quarterly basis.
The investment objective of the Fund is to deliver medium to long term capital growth through investing in quality businesses with strong growth prospects. Over the medium term the Fund expects to out-perform a 50% S&P/NZX50 and a 50% S&P/ASX200 (which is 50% hedged into NZ dollars).
The investment objective of the Fund is to outperform the S&P/ NZX Portfolio Index including imputation credits (the “benchmark”) over the medium term through tilts to empirically proven success factors. The Fund provides broad market exposure to New Zealand equities by tracking the benchmark, with active tilts to quantitatively generated success factors that have empirically delivered outperformance versus a passive benchmark over time.
The investment objective of the Fund is to outperform benchmark by 100 basis points per annum over a rolling three year period. The Fund is benchmarked against a 50:50 weighted average of the S&P/ NZX NZ Government Bond Index and S&P/ NZX A-Grade Corporate Bond Index. The Fund is an actively managed investment grade bond fund that invests predominantly in New Zealand government and corporate fixed income securities.
The investment objective of the Fund is to outperform the S&P/NZX A-Grade Corporate Bond Index after fees on a rolling 12 month basis. The Fund is designed to provide access to favourable income yields through a diversified portfolio of primarily investment grade fixed income securities, denominated in New Zealand Dollars.
Harbour has partnered with Baltimore-based global asset manager T. Rowe Price in bringing a global equity Portfolio Investment Entity (PIE) Fund to the New Zealand market. The Fund’s objective is to provide long-term capital appreciation by investing primarily in a portfolio of securities of companies which are traded, listed or due to be listed, on recognized exchanges and/or markets throughout the world. The portfolio may include investments in the securities of companies traded, listed or due to be listed, on recognized exchanges and/or markets of developing countries.
