Managed Funds

Managed funds are an increasingly popular investment option. They resemble KiwiSaver, however there are no special restrictions on the age you can access your money and withdraw it.

Multi asset funds are a whole portfolio in one fund, containing a balance of different asset classes (like bonds, cash, stocks and property).

Harbour offers two multi-asset funds, each designed to suit a different risk profile. Investors can pick one, or mix the two to suit.

They both pay a regular distribution each month, providing investors with an income.

Harbour Income Fund

  • Low to medium risk profile
  • Pays a regular monthly distribution
  • Fees: 0.63% pa*
  • Approx 30% growth assets, 70% income assets
  • Objective: To exceed the Official Cash Rate (OCR) plus 3.5% pa over rolling 3-year periods

Harbour Balanced Growth Fund

  • Medium risk profile
  • Pays a regular monthly distribution
  • Fees: 0.98% pa*
  • Approx 70% growth assets, 30% income assets
  • Objective: To exceed the Official Cash Rate (OCR) plus 5% over rolling 5-year periods.
