Andrew has responsibility for all Australasian equity portfolios. Prior to joining Harbour Asset Management, Andrew spent 10 years with AllianceBernstein (NZ) as Senior Vice President and Portfolio Manager responsible for portfolio construction of all Australasian mandates.
In that role Andrew and his team were consistently recognised by the industry for excellence in funds management. Andrew has more than 27 years investment management experience in roles with the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, Bank of England, AMP and with Merrill Lynch Global Asset Management (UK) as Managing Director of Global Equity Products. With Merrill Lynch, Andrew managed global equity accounts for pension funds in Japan, Sweden, Spain, Chile, England, the US, Germany and South Africa.
Kevin Bennett

As Research Analyst, Kevin provides company analysis and modelling. Kevin leads the fundamental company research for Harbour Asset Management as well as providing support for corporate governance.
Prior to joining Harbour Asset Management, Kevin was employed by AllianceBernstein New Zealand as Research Analyst, Australasian Equities. In this role Kevin was responsible for equities research with an emphasis on Telco's, media, transport, forestry, healthcare and cyclical stocks.
Kevin was previously a Director and Head of Telecommunications Research (Australasia) at Deutsche Bank. Kevin has over 25 years of investment management experience with such companies as AMP Society, Doyle Paterson Brown, Fay Richwhite and Bankers Trust New Zealand.
Darryl Briggs, CFA

Darryl is responsible for the development of in-house quantitative models and investment strategy research for the management of Australasian equities. This includes the development of economic, quantitative based stock and sector models that assists the investment team with their portfolio construction process.
Darryl also takes a lead role in discussing investment strategy with clients. Prior to joining Harbour Asset Management Limited, Darryl was employed by AllianceBernstein NZ as the Quantitative research Analyst for the Australian and New Zealand Equities Growth teams. Darryl has over 20 years experience making decisions in markets.
Darryl holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Canterbury and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.
Mark Brown

Mark's primary responsibilities lie with the fixed income management process, incorporating credit research, portfolio construction and risk management.
Mark has an established history providing care for clients and their fixed income portfolios. For 16 years Mark led the fixed income portfolio management team in a continuous capacity at the business that evolved as National Mutual Funds Management, AXA and then AllianceBernstein. He has produced consistently sound and competitive investment performance throughout, notably including the 2007-2009 global financial crisis. Mark has expertise across the breadth of fixed income disciplines, including risk management, economics, credit and quantitative analysis.
Mark began his portfolio management career at Credit Suisse Asset Management, London in 1992, having previously worked for DFC New Zealand and the Bank of New Zealand.
Christian Hawkesby

Christian has responsibility for Harbour's fixed income business.
Prior to joining Harbour, Christian spent 9 years at the Bank of England, where he held a number of senior positions, including Head of Market Intelligence, Chief Manager of the Sterling Markets Division, and Private Secretary to the Deputy Governor. While in the Bank of England's dealing room, Christian was responsible for analysis and research, relationships with London and Edinburgh asset managers, designing and launching the special Sterling Corporate Bond Scheme, and advising on the Bank's purchase of £200bn UK government bonds for quantitative easing.
Christian began his career at the RBNZ in 1998, where he spent time as both an analyst in the NZ cash, fixed income and FX markets, and as an economist running the RBNZ macroeconomic model.
Susanna Fuerst

Susanna's role is primarily within the equities process of Harbour, supporting the team in modelling, portfolio implementation, reporting and daily reconciliations.
Prior to joining Harbour, Susanna was employed by AMP Capital as a Quantitative Investment Analyst, where she provided quantitative analysis, modelling and risk analytics for portfolio reporting and monitoring across multi asset classes.
Susanna began her career in 2008 at AXA in Wellington, holds a Dean's List Award for her Bachelor of Business Studies with Honours in Finance, and is currently a CFA candidate.
Craig Stent, CFA

As Research Analyst, Craig provides company analysis and modeling. In addition Craig is well respected for his risk modeling and portfolio construction and implementation. As a result he provides support for portfolio management.
Prior to joining Harbour Asset Management, Craig was employed by AllianceBernstein New Zealand for seven years. Craig began his time with AllianceBernstein as a Client Relations Associate before moving to Assistant Research Analyst in July 2004. Craig has previously worked for the Bank of New Zealand, Chase Global Investor Services (London) and the Bank of Ireland in roles responsible for monitoring and controlling daily cash activity and management of support staff for Foreign Exchange Trading Desks. Craig is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charter holder.
Oyvinn Rimer

As Research Analyst, Oyvinn provides support to the Research Analysts in company analysis and modeling. Oyvinn is also responsible for portfolio implementation, using the Order Execution system, and conducting daily reconciliations.
Prior to joining Harbour Asset Management, Oyvinn was employed by AllianceBernstein New Zealand for 2 years as Assistant Research Analyst. Oyvinn holds his Master of Commerce from the University of Canterbury with first class Honours in Finance. Oyvinn is currently a CFA candidate.
Jody Kaye

Jody has responsibility to ensure the smooth running of the Harbour Asset Management Business. This involves marketing, client relationship management, product development and managing the outsourced fund administration.
Jody has 17 years experience in the funds management industry both here and in Australia. Jody has had roles with First NZ Capital Investment Management Limited, Arcus Investment Management (now AXA Global Investors), ING (NZ) Ltd, BT funds Management Ltd (NZ) and ANZ Wealth Management.
Anne-Marie Carian

Anne-Marie leads the client reporting function to ensure clients regular reporting requirements are met for both equities and fixed interest. Anne-Marie is also responsible for providing consultant firms performance data and to ensure relevant research pieces prepared by the investment team are distributed to interested clients.
Prior to taking time off to raise a family, Anne-Marie was employed at AllianceBernstein as a Client Relations Associate, where she provided client reporting and servicing for the institutional client base.
Anne-Marie began her career with the Bank of New Zealand before travelling to the UK where she worked for JP Morgan Chase in Custody. Anne-Marie holds a Bachelor of Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from Massey University.
Richard Bodman
Director, Harbour Asset Management Limited and Head of Compliance FNZC
Richard has been a compliance professional in the securities industry for 20 years. He joined First NZ Capital Group's predecessor company, Credit Suisse in August 1998 and is responsible for the Group's compliance function. Originally from the United Kingdom, Richard specialised in financial services regulation at the Securities and Futures Authority where he worked as a principal inspector in SFA's surveillance division for six years.
Richard's experience ensures he provides an independent oversight of internal controls and corporate governance, and works with the business to ensure that legal and regulatory requirements, as well as international best practice standards, are understood and adhered to.
